BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU
The heart of the MMA ground game is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Without strong BJJ skills, you will never be a top contender in MMA or in the BJJ game. Takedowns, submissions, escapes and above all understanding of movement are all integral parts of this human "chess match". Our BJJ Program is overseen and personally instructed by a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Blackbelt. Kids Program ages 5-15, Adult Program ages 16 and up.
LADIES' CARDIO KICKBOXING
A full body workout in a fun and energetic environment. The is an excellent fitness program that tones your entire body and is an effective weight loss program that delivers results! This class targets all major muscle groups, works your upper and lower body as well as strengthens your core. You will not only burn a significant amount of calories but tone muscles and improve cardiovascular endurance.
Striking is essential to all self-defense. However, there is much more to it. Our style is unique as we combine striking, kicking, small circle joint locks and Newaza ground fighting. This program is instructed by experienced black belts. It is not sport karate. It is life-protection. We offer instruction to all ages as well. To be complete, you must defend on your feet and on the ground.
Our Mixed Martial Arts Striking Program is a five day per week Program which emphasizes the striking art of MMA. We integrate Muay Thai, Karate, Kickboxing and Boxing skills as well as fitness and MMA positions. Live, controlled striking is also involved as instructed by Rising Sun MMA fighter and BJJ Purple Belt Michael Kim.
